For our first night in Vegas we went big. Go big or go home right? (and we weren't ready for home yet.) We made our way down the strip to Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino to experience Aureole. This world renowned restaurant hosts one of the largest wine towers where 'wine angels' scale the tower for your ordered wine. These wine angels definitely had us thinking of a career change; surrounded by wine and a thrill at work? Yes, please. The great atmosphere and delicious food set the bar high for the remainder of our time in Vegas. We suggest anyone who is in Vegas and looking for a different experience than your run of the mill "be seen" restaurants, check out Aureole. You won't be disappointed.
