Vegas Food Tour : Part 1

It was so typical of us to want to explore our food cravings as soon as we touched down in Las Vegas! While we roamed the Wynn Encore Hotel, we took a seat at Society. Not only was it beautiful but the food was exactly what we needed after a day of travels!

Above is the Wagyu Pastrami Sandwich. Griddled on Rye Bread and stuffed with house cured & smoked pastrami, this sandwich was textured to perfection. The added sauerkraut added a tart flavouring balancing the sweetness of the meat. Sides of pickled vegetables and sweet potato fries appealed to all my senses helping with the jet-lag! These girls don't do airplane food and must admit that Society was worth the wait.
